We’re looking to hire a tech-savvy virtual assistant to work remotely immediately!
This is a part-time (10-20 hours per week) contract opportunity. Pay rate is negotiable.
Requirements:
– Microsoft Excel/Word (basic to intermediate)
– Google Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Hangout
– Precise & concise communication skills
– Positive attitude
– Highly reliable & responsive via text, email, & video conference
– Willingness & desire to learn
– Any CRM experience is a plus
– Any marketing experience is a plus
– Candidate must have a highly reliable computer, smart phone, & internet connection.
Responsibilities will include:
– Updating a CRM system, tracking all contacts, projects, etc.
– Exporting/Importing data to/from Excel/CSV, etc.
– Updating a Google Calendar w/ appointments
– Data Entry w/ accuracy
– Direct mail campaigns
– Make some phone calls
– Sending emails
– Providing feedback on process improvements
This person will help us with various heavy data-related & marketing projects.
We will train the right candidate. We’ll teach all that candidate needs to know to be effective at this role.
